Was the ’70 Sport Fury available with a formal roof ?

A newbie question, no doubt.

But is there a difference on the body between a ’70 Plymouth with vinyl top and one without ? In other words, if I remove the vinyl top, and then paint the car, do I have the same result as a car that came from the factory without one ?

I’m searching for a ’69-’71 2-door hardtop, either a Chrysler 300 or a Plymouth Sport Fury.
It needs to run and brake, as I’m located in Belgium, and therefore it needs to be shipped out.

My budget is around $5000.
