Attached are two steering wheel pictures. The upper one the wheel my car was built with, the bottom, the wheel Krautmaster put on the car as he’s a bigger guy like I am, and the Chrysler wheel is too big of diameter for how deep the steering wheel is for a fat guy like me. Problem is, the wood on the aftermarket wheel is cracking up badly, and I need a new wheel. Any reccomendations that looks decent enough to be in a slab sided…

TTI Exhaust hitting torsion rods

Guys, just replaced my dead 451 with a 440. Car has the full TTI exhaust from manifolds back, but now with the increased deck height of the 440, the pipes are up against the torsion rods. How have any of you dealt with this?

451 went boom

Well my much troubled 451 ended its career two weeks ago. Got on the freeway, and she began misfiring. Looked in the mirror and I couldn’t see behind me the coolant was going out the exhaust so bad. Wrecker ride to the garage where I get it worked on. After sitting a day, the oil became overfull. Pulled the heads and found what you see in the pics:

Part Throttle Kickdown

After reading Leaburns testimony about having Part throttle kick-down, I’d like to hear what folks who have it, have installed to make it work. I’m hearing that the complex valve body type will kick-down 3-2 at 3/4th throttle, and the simple VB type will kick down at 7/8th throttle. Does the complex type bolt to the simple valve body?
