My 67 Newport gets a lot of leaves and dust blowing in from the floor vents and sometimes the heater box. Has anyone devised a way to improvise a cabin / cowl filter?

If not, I’m gonna try.

This is a section of my ‘67 Newport’s floors after scraping out seam sealer and giving it a quick wire wheel. The original paint and primer are tough, but there is some surface rust.

Whatcha think? Sandblast it down to bare metal, prime, and paint? Or…

Adding Bluetooth to my 1967 Chrysler Newport’s original Bendix 376 AM radio. Here’s a little preliminary sample.
