Just about to have a New Power Steer Hose made up.
Just Checking Specs.
From Memory they run 750-800 P.S.I.
Is This Correct?
Also Do the Two Different Brands of Pump use the Same Hose Fittings or are they Different.
Have a Selection of Boxes / Pumps Collected over the Years.
I have had a Spare Box Re-coed, Next will be a Pump But I’m Not Entirely Sure the Hose they are matching the Fittings from is Identical for Both Types of Pump.
Also the P/S Return Valve on the Box has a Smaller…

I Realise this is not necessarily the right place for this, But just feel that it proves you don’t have to have some Super Rare “B” Body / “C” Body Coupe / Convertible to have a Nice Car. Here is a Dirty Old Sedan (63 Phoenix) That Somebody has Put All his Time & Effort into & has Ended Up with Something that I Think just about Anyone would be Proud to Drive. I realise this may Offend some Purists as it is not original But Hey, Its a Dirty Old Sedan!

Also which is the Best Way to Lubricate Rear Leaf Springs.

What do you Fellas use to Preserve Dash tops nowadays?
Found Armour All not Entirely suitable for this Purpose.
Many years ago I was taught to use Glycerine to restore Windscreen Rubbers,
Doesn’t make them Swell up.
(Don’t try Kero it will make them SWELL UP)
You need to keep gently massaging it into the Rubber…
