Smoke issues
So to set the stage, the Monaco has the factory original engine, and it’s never been cracked open out side of the timing chain and oil pan off to clean the pickup screen.
Now haven’t been driving it a whole lot as there’s bare metal on the body again, body work and all.
Anywho, I noticed recently that it’s smoking at start up off the right bank. Since about May it’s smoked like I’m fogging the neighborhood the couple of times I’ve had it out to the driveway. Twice I’ve let it run to…
Well now this just happened.
Ok not just, I bought it on Monday and picked it up Wednesday. 2016 Outdoorsman. Was going to go Eco diesel but the hemi got the better of me. Durango wasn’t doing it for me, I missed the 03 Ram and this popped up at just the right time.
Now to unload the Durango. And when that’s done I’ll be ready to find a paint booth for the Monaco. Hopefully. Or at least that’s the plan.
So this just happened #2.
While waiting out the saga on So this just happened. we pulled the trigger on a new van. The dealer had the right deal and we had the time to go look. To the dealer’s credit in Tampa they talked us out of the full service service agreement. To my shock they pointed out it wouldn’t be worth the 93 mile one way drive to put it on the van. I guess I’m going to go to a local dealer 
……
Well shit.
Sigh. This happened Friday. Adjuster says 11k in body damage so far. Going to the shop to check the sub frame and firewall. My other concern is the inverter system.
Then on Sunday we tried to burn down the house. Once from the inside then 4 hour…
