Pics needed -power seat tracks

Okay, for the next debacle. I pulled the power seats out of my ’69 300 and the tracks be looking funky. You have the usual assortment of still standing original studs, replacement carriage bolt studs and a sundry of washers evening things out.

Does anyone have a picture or two of stock seat tracks, either unadulterated or restored correctly, that they can post up ? These buggers are heavy and I’d rather not have to trial and error them in and out of the car.

Thanks,
Pete

Seat track spacers

Do the 1969 C bodies (300 specifically) use the bucket seat spacers like the A and B bodies ? The pieces I’m referring to install over the studs on the seat tracks and resemble little hockey pucks.

Belt retractor cover removal

I’m replacing the carpet in my car and before I go all Cro-Magnun on it, I was wondering if you fellas have a tip for removing the plastic cover that attaches to the seat belt retractor that’s anchored to the floor.
