What is the difference between Rallye Dash versus Non Rallye Dash as it realtes to a 1968 B Body – specifically Charger?

Looking for a nice driver side driver door arm rest, 1968 Charger, prefer dark green. Ordered a nice “set” from Ebay and ended up getting 2 passenger arm rests.

Hi- Seeking expert help for a 1968 Charger RT listed on EBAY. There is a long space on the dash vin plate between the X and the S, is this a real vin plate, everyone that i have ever seen do not have a long space between the letters.
