360 rebuilt stock heads

I have the opportunity to buy a pair of 360 "J" Heads completely re-done, new valves, springs, guides & unleaded seats for $300.00. Does this sound like a good deal? Not sure how much rebuilt 360 heads are going for these days. Also, what is a typical cost for porting and polishing?
