I watched a program on the Discovery channel today about traffic congestion. A Canadian company has come up with a system to track your car by GPS and charge you for miles/kilometers driven and type of car you have. This will charge you different rates for routes taken and times you drive. There has been alot of talk of implementiing this in Vancouver, BC. It is already being used in some countries in Europe. Sure do make me proud to be a Canadian. :vomit:
