When & Why To Use Cal Tracs?

I'm running a stock leaf spring with pinion snubber F-body car with a best of 1.41 60' and 10.76 @ 123.26
Now since front drag shocks are not available for these cars what would be the advantage to going to a cal trac mono system? Would i get better 60' times,would i be guarantied the car would not spin? I've been watching my videos of this last time out and see the car can hook but lose traction and bounce the front end bad.I hate losing because it just wouldn't hook.
