Starting to Resto my 68 Dart GT

First I want to say that since finding this site my love for A-bodies has grown. A little history on my car. It was purchased in Escondido, CA in 1968. My Grandfather bought it from the original owner for $500 in 1984. For 1984 to 2003 it was his daily driver in SoCal. I was given the car in 2003 when my grandfather, at 80 yrs young, decided not to renew his license. That summer, I drove it from Escondido, Ca to Nashville, TN, almost 2500 miles. The temp gauge pegged out going through the desert so I stopped in Texas and replaced the water pump and left the thermostat out. I drove straight from Laredo TX to Nashville without stopping after that. There are only 2 major rust spots on the car. They are under the rear side windows where the water got trapped when the window w.stripping rotted away in the Cali sun. The underside looks very nice because the original owner got the undercoating from Ma Mopar and it was never driven in snow or at the beach. The only thing I have done to the Dart since is rebuilt the front suspension, Flowmaster exhaust, new drum brake system, and Alpine stereo. My plans for the car are 360, 727, disc brakes, wheels. I'm looking for advise on find a body shop in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, or Georgia that could fix and paint my car for under 5g. I'm going tho do most of the tear down myself, keep the vinyl top and red color, lose the side chrome, and shave the emblems for modern replacements. I would like a rear stripe but don't have to have it. Thank you for any help and advise. As soon as I figure out how to add pics I will.
