My 71 demons got the stock 6 with the 3 spd auto but I picked up a 318 and thought i could match it with the 4 spd but I've got a couple of questions.
Now I know anything will bolt into anything with few exceptions but I was thinking about swapping the auto out on the 6 until i get the 318 rebuilt. So here we go...
Can the bellhousing from the auto be used with the 833?
Will it bolt into the 6 AND the 318 without any mods?
If the 4spds came out of late 70's vans how can i shorten them to fit in an abody?
