I measured the length of the pushrods today in the 383 engine with a hydraulic cam and stamped rockers.
I´m running 8.500" pushrods for the moment, but when I had the length checked I came to the conclusion that they should measure 8.495" including the lifter preload (.030"). Would you guys consider the 8.500" rods within the acceptance, or should I replace them with 8.495" rods?
