holley 600 cfm

This is holley 600 cfm , it is list number 4366 and has a cast date of 2536 . It will need rebuilt . I think it is correct for a 69 or 70 car . 75…

Holley problems

I went to start the Duster for the first time this year and it fired up but, ran really rough. I let it stall and tried to fire it up again. It almost fired but, seemed flooded. I got out and popped the hood and could hear dripping. I took the air cleaner off and could see fuel pouring into the secondaries.It would stop eventually. Then I cranked it some more. The same thing happened but, now only from one side not both. It is a Holley 750 double pumper. WTF? any ideas? I’m not that great at…

Rear Axle Removal / Restoration

Anyone here pulled the rear axles on an early A? My ’67 was easy, unbolt the retaining plate, slide the axle out, take it to a machine shop to press off old bearing / press on new bearing, put it back together with new oil seal.

Looking at my shop manual for my ’66, it looks like a much more complex set up, requiring special tools etc.

My axle oil seals are leaking and I would like to restore. I think the bearings are fine. Quiet, and don’t get hot. But if taking apart, think I should…
