Hello its the dumb kid again just wondering if you can put a LA cam in a Magnum and if so what is needed and what do you recommend?

I just bought this lump on ebay and looks like its missing a bracket can anyone enlighten me. See pics .. the bush doesnt fit snug agaist the inner/outer brackets (circled in white) i have manual steering so i dont know what im missing
