Carter AVS 4934s . This is a CORE carb, meaning the major parts are there, but you are going to have to do some work to make it whole. Throttle blades move freely, only major defect I can find is a broken off idle mixture screw. Missing screws and drop rods. You’ll probably need another core carb for the various tinkets.
