Mopar super center

I would steer clear of this place.. The customer service is on a scale 1-10..maybe a 2.. and that would only because they most likely answer the telephone.

What I have observed is this

If they order parts, do work or have anything to do with you or your vehicle...make sure the person that handles your order still works for them in the future because if they don't, you can't get any info on anything bought, paid, or placed on your car.

What you do get is a guy that will tell you he will work some magic . Then after a week or two you email or PM a courtesy follow up and what you get in return is...Sorry I was on vacation. Then after a month you get.. I had nothing to do with your vehicle. The people that did no longer work here.

Yet Mopar Super Center must keep records.. It just turned one year and a few days that I had picked up my truck. I keep records for 7 years and I am no big business.. Just an average Joe that would like to know who manufactured the coolant catch cans so I can call them to purchase a few stickers that mount on the cap.

So if you are in the mood to get hung out to dry.. Then by all means.. Call them.. They will "Work The Magic"

All I got was Smoke and Mirrors... and all for a simple 1 dollar sticker

Oh.. and steer clear from their web forum.. It is nothing but porn and pills for sale.. Pretty pathetic..
