Very nice remote hood latch removed from a '75 Valiant Brogham, then bead blasted, as pictured. Works great and moves freely. I have the cable, too, but the plastic sheathing/housing broke just forward of the mounting bracket, so I'm not sure how much this will affect its operation, but I suspect not much, as long as the bracket is properly attached to the underside of the dash.
