I know that when I am bidding I check out a sellers feedback and if they have a large number it can be a pain to scroll for negative and/or neutral feedback. In the past you fould do a find on the page for the word "complaint" but now it is just an icon (gray with a circle for neutral or red with a minus for negative).
If you go to Updated Link and put in the users eBay ID a list of all negative/neutral feedback with any follow up comments will be displayed. Please be aware that if the eBay user has a lot of feedback it may take a few moments because the system is sorting through all of the comments left to find the negatives/neutrals.
