some people have had different oppions about the hood pins this has got me curious about the correct length and how they loop through, i 1st noticed the length my original hood pins are 13 inches but they sell the kits with 23 inch laynards and ive seen them on cars and they just dont look right.
THEN people have different opions on do they loop through the grille or between the hood and grill.
WELL in this pic as u can see the hood pins look to be the 13 inches as they look like they are stretching over the hood instead of looping.
also if u look close the lanyards are actually goin threw the grille WHAT wont that rip the grille out if the hood fails??.. but remember the hood pins are there just for pretty much decoration and intimadation thats my .02
