So cleaning out that old Chevie truck I bought & these where in the glove box. Any valve to these old lures ? They look homemade to me

1965 Chrysler 300. Hard fuel line that runs through the stub frame rusted out and broke. Going to attempt to replace with new. Looking for any tips. I’m assuming I’ll pull the old one out through the engine compartment. Seems to be in there very firmly.

I think i need to rebuild my ’68 383 with 2bbl. But later i would buy a fitech efi 400,maybe next year. My question is which cam need for efi and also good for 2bbl?
Everything stock,single exhaust.
Is there any chance?
