Has anyone put a Gear Vendor's overdrive in an early A-body? Their website claims that the most any installation would require is to dimple the floor sheetmetal in a couple of places.
Call me a pessimist, but I'm guessing there would be some cutting required in an early A, since the OD that replaces the tailshaft looks similar in size to the Mopar overdrive transmissions.
