’66 Dart GT V8 4-speed – project or … ?

I haven't had this very long but I'm moving and just won't have the space for it. It's a '66 Dart GT with a V8 and a four speed manual, the car doesn't have a fender tag but does look it was originally a 273 manual with a center console. The car starts and runs but it has absolutely no brakes. Car seems very solid. The interior is decent except the drivers seat needs a cover and cushion. The exterior trim has been removed, most looks like its there but I haven't seen the "GT" emblems and it don't have enough tail lights. There is a lot of extra stuff such as; carpet, wood grain steering wheel and a 273 engine with a four barrel intake and carb. The extra 273 was purchased from an estate, it has had new pistons installed but needs a cam, an original "commando" cam is included - and I do NOT want to sell the engine seperately. It has a Hurst shifter and I'm keeping the center console shift lever, a replacement non-console shift lever will be installed. This would be great if you wanted to convert a slant six car to a V8 4-speed. I'd like to get $950. Car is located in Pontiac Michigan, zip 48342. I know the lighting for some of the pix isn't the greatest.
