Hello fellow FABO members:
I thought I'd share with you Mopar brothers & sisters a couple pictures of my friend Matt's 1967 GTX. It was a drag car form the very first day. Acid dipped body & all. It only has 263 original miles - 1/4 mile at a time - LOL
It used to run under the banner of M & M Speed & Custom - a local speed shop here in Poughkeepsie NY. - I heard they re-opened recently somewhere in Florida.
It used to run in both Stock & Super Stock & was very well known at drag strips throughout the Northeast in the late 60's & early 70's. Matt still races it from time to time & it will still run in the mid to high 11's depending on track conditions between 114 - 116 mph.
No it's not for sale - in fact I was at a nostalgia event once with Matt where a guy plunk down 50 large on the hood & Matt sent the guy packing without hesitation.
