Traction bars

Why is it you rarely (if ever) see traction bars on an A-body? Is it due to the fact that you can install a pinion snubber that stops rear axle wind-up, or some other reason? Just curious…….

Restoring Demon Emblems…

Anyone have any experience restoring these guys?

I am wondering what kind of paint to use on these?

I thought of using model paint but did not know how that would last in the sun…

Let me know your experience I would love to redo these this weekend.

Thanks,

Bent rear end!!! :-(

well after i just threw a new pair of BFG’s on my rear rims i noticed something…

well i was admiring them i noticed that my rear wheels had a pretty bad negitive camber!!!!

WTF!!! never noticed this before, so i crawled under my car to have a look and sure enough, BENT HOUSING!!!!

how does this happen?? i haven’t had her that long so thats why i didn’t notice this before…

nothing else looks bent so i’m ruleing out the “dukes of hazard” theory, :-D!!!!
